Then start with Module 1 and score a meal you already eat. It is the fastest way to find out whether any of this holds up, and it takes about a minute.

How long before anyone notices?

People usually report the food itself getting better in the first week, because that is the part you change first.

What if it does not suit us?

It renews yearly at the same rate and you can cancel any time before it does. The monthly option is there if you would rather test it for a month first.
